- •beyond the third dependant, each additional dependant adds USD 25,000-50,000, and an additional sibling adds USD 75,000. Real estate: purchase price from USD 270,000-350,000 depending on the approved project, plus a mandatory USD 50,000 government contribution per application (family of up to 4), which does not apply to siblings/parents/grandparents 55 or under added to the application

- Due diligence

- •disqualifying factors include false information on the application, a prior conviction with a maximum penalty over 6 months without a free pardon, an active criminal investigation, being deemed a national security risk, activity likely to cause disrepute to Grenada, or an unresolved denial of a visa to a visa-free-travel country

Application process
- 1.choose an Authorised International Marketing Agent, who liaises with an Authorised Local Agent (direct applications to the CBIC are not accepted)
- 2.complete official forms, attend a medical examination, and gather supporting documents, all legalised and translated into English
- 3.the Authorised Local Agent submits the application to the CBIC
- 4.attend the mandatory interview
- 5.the CBIC conducts due diligence and makes a recommendation, with final approval by the Minister of Citizenship
- 6.on approval, make the NTF contribution or complete the real estate purchase
- 7.receive the certificate of registration and apply for a passport
