- Investment route
- •Real estate purchase worth at least USD 400,000, with a 3-year title-deed resale restriction, attested by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change
- •Fixed capital investment of at least USD 500,000, attested by the Ministry of Industry and Technology
- •Bank deposit of at least USD 500,000 held for 3 years, attested by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency

- Investment breakdown
- •all thresholds are per Presidential decision published in the Official Gazette (18 September 2018 regulation, real estate raised from USD 250,000 to USD 400,000 in 2022)
- •multiple smaller real estate purchases can be combined to reach USD 400,000
- •payments must be made in Turkish lira equivalent to the USD amount through the Turkish banking system
- •the real estate title deed and acquisition application must explicitly state the citizenship purpose and include a declaration not to sell for 3 years
- Additional fees
- •title deed transfer tax (generally 4%), notary and translation fees, and mandatory earthquake insurance for buildings
- •annual property tax and maintenance fees apply after purchase
- •government fees apply to the non-real-estate investment routes as well

- •the relevant government body for each route (Ministry of Environment/Urbanization for real estate, Ministry of Industry and Technology for fixed capital, Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency for deposits, Ministry of Treasury and Finance for bonds, Capital Markets Board for fund shares, Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency for pension contributions, Ministry of Labor and Social Security for job creation) must formally attest the investment before citizenship can be granted
