Application process
- 1.register on the investorvisa.mise.gov.it portal and submit application forms, investment selection, and supporting documents
- 2.receive a Nulla Osta (certificate of no impediment) from the IV4I Committee within 30 days of a complete submission
- 3.apply for the D (entry) visa at an Italian consulate within 6 months of the Nulla Osta and enter Italy within 2 years
- 4.apply for the residence permit (permesso di soggiorno) at the local Questura within 8 days of arrival
- 5.complete the declared investment within 3 months of arrival and upload proof to the portal for Committee evaluation
