Minimum investment
SGD 10,000,000

- •Option C: for family office principals only — set up a Singapore Single Family Office with at least SGD 200,000,000 in assets under management, of which at least SGD 50,000,000 must be deployed into Singapore-based assets, verifiable net worth of at least SGD 200,000,000, and at least 5 family office professionals hired and based in Singapore
- Investment breakdown

- non-refundable application fee of SGD 20,000 payable to EDB, revised upward from SGD 10,000 effective 5 May 2025
- Eligibility
- •A proven entrepreneurial or business track record
- •Substantial verifiable net worth well beyond the headline investment figure
- Due diligence
- •extensive due diligence including 3+ years of audited financial statements, business plan review, and an in-person interview with EDB to explain how the investment will benefit the Singapore economy

- Family inclusion

- Renewal
- permanent residence is granted directly if approved, without an intermediate temporary-visa stage
- Dual citizenship
- Not permitted — Singapore requires renunciation of all other citizenships upon naturalization (note: this program grants permanent residence, not citizenship, but Singapore's broader citizenship law is relevant for investors planning that far ahead)
- Key benefits
